Oblivion excels at providing variety in its side quests, and some make you feel like you are playing a different game altogether. It can be easy to ignore side quests as the needy pleas of the peasants, but some shouldn't be ignored. RELATED: Oblivion: Every Class Ranked From Worst To Best But in true Elder Scrolls fashion, the side quests tell their own intricate stories that you won’t easily forget. And sure, everyone knows about how awesome the Dark Brotherhood questline is, or the epic finale to the Oblivion Crisis. Oblivion wasn't that bad score: 176 pages. The Elder Scrolls 4: Oblivion has a lot of content. Play earnestly, and the rest will follow. If you liked this LP, if you admired it.you can do it. I'm ending it on my own terms.and in its way, is that not complete? Is my play not done? Am I trapped, or can I let myself NOT play and still be considered valid? I think it is. I don't know if baldurk can accept this as a finished LP, but I'm done with the game. A hell of a ride, but there is no room for myself, the player, to project myself into the experience that I've been putting forward to you. It's all been happening, and that's.what's been happening. I no longer feel as though I can express myself through this game, nor that I can add anything to it. The unique experiences set up JUST SO by the developers. It's not the dungeons, it's not the emergent gameplay. Everything of significance about it.it's not the exploration. You know his voice.īut.Shivering Isles? It's no longer Oblivion to me.
